Reservations We shall require a deposit of £150 per week booked, to be paid at the time of booking. This is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. We cannot confirm any bookings until the booking form and cleared deposit funds have been received by us. Payment can be made by debit card, most major credit cards, cheque or bank transfer. The remaining balance payment is due 8 weeks before your departure date. If booking within 8 weeks of departure the full amount must be paid at time of booking. A security deposit of £150 will be payable at the same time as the final balance is due. This will be used to cover any damages or breakages that may occur whilst you are at the property. This will be refunded once our representatives in Spain have done an inspection and confirmed to us that the property is satisfactory. Cancellation Reservation payments are non refundable. We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation, should you cancel your booking the following conditions will apply: Deposit lost immediately. Between 1 and 2 calendar months before departure- 50% of total cost forfeited. Less than 1 calendar month before departure- 100% of total cost forfeited. It is advisable that cancellation insurance is taken with your travel insurance. Amendments Alterations to confirmed bookings can be made at our discretion and the clients request. Our standard charge of £25.00 will be applied to cover administration costs. Please confirm all changes in writing. Arrival On the day of your arrival, the property will be available from 3.00pm. If for any reason your arrival is earlier please let us know so that we can try to accommodate you before this time. On arrival you will be required to pay our local representatives a fee to cover cleaning costs. This will be 60 euros for a two bedroomed property or 70 euros for a 3 bedroomed property. Please ensure that you have this amount available as you will only be allowed access to the property once this has been paid. The property shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. Please ensure that upon leaving, the property is left in a good condition. Any breakages or damages must be reported to our management company immediately. Number of guests When booking, the client will inform us of the number of guests included. Unless otherwise agreed by us, only the guests indicated by the client when booking shall be allowed to use the property. No pets are allowed in any of the properties. All of our properties are non smoking unless express permission is given. The client and guests are expected to behave in a decent and responsible manner. In the event of any infringement of these requirements the client and all others will be asked to leave by our management company. Liabilities During your stay Perfect Spanish Holidays , nor the owner of the property shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the property, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses due to fire, death, robbery or criminal acts. In the event of any infringement of these requirements the client and all others will be asked to leave by our management company. The client shall have no right to claim any form of compensation. Future changes to our website We intend on maintaining a high level of accuracy on all properties registered on our website, however we cannot be held liable for any errors that may arise. We reserve the right to make amendments to rates, photographs and any other information published on the website. We reserve the right to update any of our terms and conditions at any time as and when required. The onus is placed on all parties using the site to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to this any changes are accepted by any such third party and any such third party undertakes to comply with any such change. Complaints In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay, please advise our management company immediately and they will advise us accordingly. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and sign where indicated once you have accepted them. |
