Do you guarantee a minimum level of bookings?

 

 

Regrettably we cannot agree a minimum level of bookings however our aim is to generate a high level of bookings subject to the availability of your property.

How do you select the properties from your database?

 

 

Primarily we will look to match the requirements of the client, where there is more than one property matching these requirements we will select properties on a strict rotational basis in the order of which they were first registered with us.

How much will it cost me to promote my property on your web site?

 

 

Nothing for the first 12 months. After the first 12 months if you wish to continue advertising your property on our web site we will charge an annual fee of £99.

Is there a minimum rental period in any one stay?

 

 

Yes, this would be 2 nights.

What does the cleaning include?

 

 

Thoroughly clean all appliances, each room, all terraces and changeover all linen and wash and iron linen ready for next change over. They will also advise of any damages at the property.

What if I want to use the property for holidays myself?

 

 

We will ask you to advise us of any weeks where the property is unavailable to rent.
