I used to stay at Best Western Trafalgar Hotel Madrid. this hotel has a comfortable and luminous conference hall with natural daylight which will accommodate up to 30 people, offering an ideal setting form company meetings, board meetings, conventions and conferences.

I travel a lot to Madrid and use these, they usually have a good deal, clean, all have internet access in every room, staff are nice and helpfull and all centred in and around the centre. Some of the rooms can be a bit small but most are fine make sure you get a Double room etc.

what about Hotel Ritz Madrid? This hotel has long provided the Spanish capital's most elegant and exclusive entertainment, hotel accommodation and service. To stay at the Hotel Ritz is to step inside a baroque palace, a luxury experience you will never forget.

Depending on your price range, there are some cheap and cheerful places around the Plaza Trinidad, and the Hostal Zurita is particularly nice.
If you're looking for something a bit more flash then Hotel Europa on Calle Recogidas is a decent three star kind of place.Top luxury can be found either at the five star place on Gran Via (I forget the name) or of course the beautiful Alhambra Palace Hotel up on the Alhambra Hill.
